I am a Moderate Independent ,Dealigned Centrist/Democratic Centrist and Social Democrat

I don't care about the success or failure of any political party. I support the socioeconomic democracy that the United States has managed since FDR and that was noticeably growing stronger in the early 2000s and is still growing stronger today

I support the Labour Party UK (New Labour/Third Way/Friends of Israel/Third Way Social Democracy/current Conservative Party UK type Red Wallism)

non elections

I feel that women, Indigenous communities, immigrants, LGTBQ+ people, and other diverse groups should not only recognized, but be championed as key protagonists in the growing calls for social, economic, and political reform.

I have a strong sense of self and resistance to conformity and certain types of traditions (like graduation gowns w caps, dressing up for horse races, most holidays and similar things)

I view the individual and the will of the individual over external determinants including society, groups, tradition (variable), and ideologies . I view the eventual abolition of the state as the fullest realization of individual liberty

Without any government, I believe that individuals will pursue their personal objectives and work together in mutual self interest to create a stable and harmonious hierarchyless/patriarchyless society.

We can use the Progressive Utilization theory (see fiscal section for how) or Democratic centralism as a tool to help us eventually abolish the state, hierarchies, patriarchies etc

We can use Democratic centralism to help smoothly transition us to a participatory democracy/direct democracy to help further naturally to a socialistic (ideally Leninist) society or to help us during a socialistic revolution if we go the revolutionary struggle route instead of the first route or within Social Democracy itself using oligarchal leadership methods

Democratic centralism is good to use to help us smoothly transition to a participatory democracy/direct democracy if we want to go that route

With Democratic Centralism, political decisions that are reached by voting processes would be binding upon all political party members which would be don through free discussion, and then decisively implemented through united action. In a Democratic Centrist society there would be no power struggles, backhanded political maneuvering, historical antagonisms or elitism

In a Democratic Centrist country, motions (including new policies, amendments, goals, plans or etc) would be proposed. Then after some debate, a vote would happen. If one vote obviously wins (i.e gaining a share of 60 percent or more among two options) all of the party members would. e expected to follow that decision, and not to continue propagandizing or otherwise working against that decision.

This would aim for them to act in unity. This would foster faster mechanisms of decision making. A bunch of practices that surround this are to encourage participation and debate, such as "Don't Blame the Speaker". The party bodies would have to give periodical accounts of their activities to their respective party organizations, there would be stricter party discipline and the the subordination of the minority to the majority and all decisions that are made by the higher bodies would be absolutely binding on lower bodies and on all of the party members.

Democratic centralism is good because it prevents factionalism (factionalism is a problem because it leads to less friendly relations between party members which can be exploited by enemies of the party causing issues for both parties in the process)

Democratic centralism is a principle for organizing the state and functioning on the principle of the electiveness of all bodies of state authority from the lowest levels to the highest level, those bodies’ accountability to the people, and the lower bodies’ obligation to observe the decisions of higher bodies. It combines central leadership with local initiative, responsibility, trust and creative activity of those bodies

This would be useful even in a revolutionary struggle for a socialistic (ideally Leninist) society.

The revolutionaries under Democratic Centralism would be easy to democratically centralize in a vanguard party. Democratic debate and lack of political influence under this Democratic Centralistic set up would further enhance this revolution. Plus this system stressing no one having absolute power while fostering continued debate it would be a great way to make this pro worker revolution happen

The end goal no matter what path we take (even if we bypass using Democratic Centralism and instead use the Progressive Utilization theory), will always be as mentioned above to create a a stable and harmonious stateless, hierarchyless/patriarchyless society.

Democratic Equality means all people should be recognized as equals without discrimination. It is the heroic aloof saviorism duty of the democratic state to take charge of violation and invisibility contexts which sadly prevent the value of democratic equality from being realized .So for those reasons, the state must assume a renewed and centralized role , while based on citizenship face injustices caused by Neoliberalism

Since the state is a political expression of organized society , it should not be a neutral agent but instead through a variety of creative and common sense, bipartisan methods not just economic but the distribution and the democratization of political, productive, gender, informational along with cultural territorial power and other spheres with inequalities exist . The state must manage and regulate (within reason) of the economical system , being the owner and protector of strategic resources and the enviornmentand being able bodied to participate in economic production

I support political management with higher levels of transparency, participation, closeness (to the citizens), along with digital activism, citizen campaigns, public accounts done periodically etc

In addition, its management was characterized by raising the levels of transparency, participation, closeness to citizens and digital activism, reporting in different parts of the District with different platforms the details of his parliamentary work, through citizen campaigns, periodic public accounts

I fully support full anonymity on Twitter. Forcing Twitter users to prove their real identity or similar things like Elon Musk wants is in bad taste (at best) and will rightfully cause many Twitter users to flee. There is a proper way to go after fake accounts, but the way he wants to is off base

Qanon is a myth and ficticious nonsense

bias

I echo the concerns of the OP in this Reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/AskALiberal/comments/jvu8to/i_used_to_be_a_liberal_4_years_ago_but_im/ and with the view that left are hypocritical at times with free speech.  I also don't like the far left's heretic hunting.

I believe politicians shouldn't use emotion but rational thought to make decisions and those are the politicians who should be sought out for elections

party positions and roles

We all form and build the state which is for all of us. I support the creation of an inclusive and citizen state as the main guarantor of the common good and assurance of universality and decommodification of social rights at both a cultural level and institutional level

The link between the state and citizenship is a powerful tool for the conflict between our current neoliberal model and a society that guarantees effective social rights

The combo of a strengthened state and expanded social and political citizenship must work with feedback between the two . The more democratic and inclusive the state is, the better the state will collect the citizens will and the more effective it will be in its role (or maybe even paternalistic role) as guarantor. This is MUCH better than State liberalism and big brotherism by far

I support a state where power is distributed equally for the promotion and development of territorial and or national identities ,structuring itself in a way to generate real local governments thus being able toreaffirm territorial autonomy as a fundamental part of democracy

I support reshaping political parties like this https://www.bcn.cl/leychile/Navegar?idNorma=1089164

My political views jump all over the place, from Republican conservative Elizabeth Warren to Democrat Progressive Elizabeth Warren

I believe that the government/state should stay out of being enforcing moral changes in specific situations.  Moral evolution can happen many times apart of the government/state and relations between people can emerge with freedom from the government/state. Most relationships in life should not be characterized as conflict as the left and right might have it. It's good to have mutual and humane respect for others as individuals.   It's also good to do positive and unselfish things without having to grapple with the political ramifications of doing those positive things.  Of course we don't want to be so humane and clingy that is becomes creepy.  This view is from Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn books

Mark Twain said it best "Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect"

I believe that Democrats (pre 1960s party switch) and Republicans (over last decade or so, mostly in the far right, alt right and non moderate wings) both were and are respectively non inclusive, racist and antisemetic.  Third Party centrists and moderates have always been the inclusive, non racist and prosemetic political party much like the Democrat Party since the 1960s party switch and the Republican Party pre 21st century (especially pre 1960s party switch) and even today in the moderate wings of the Republican party. This is why I am glad that I am a Third Party US centrist moderate.

The Republicans in the 1980s were a great political party. Back then Republicans were seen as go getter yuppies and business people. On Family Ties for example, Alex, who was a Republican was a small-government, pro-capitalist libertarian at heart. Alex and 1980s Republicans were seen as hip and cool. Back then the Republican party was a great person unlike a lot of the Republicans of today. This article puts it better than I can http://web.archive.org/web/20191011195307/https://www.cracked.com/article_26594_the-classic-sitcom-that-looks-completely-insane-in-2019.html

The Republicans in the early to mid 1990s were still a great party. Uncle Phil from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air was a great Republican. He rightfully believed in Affirmative action and fair housing for his community and he was moderately conservative on other issues while rightfully having faith in institutions like the courts.

I am a something that blurs the line of being a NeverTrumper/Lincoln Projecter and being a Cruzite. I am a former Donald Trump supporter. Trump is not my ideal of a President. He lost control of himself and allowed himself to be petty.  I agree with a lot of Trump's policies, I like his strength and how direct he is (the latter of which is a blessing and a curse). But any support I had for him (and for anyone who still supports him) is in spite of his toxic behavior not because of it.

I agree with some things that the Bulwark and Republican Accountability Project says about Donald Trump and the far right (mostly and or ecspecially things about Trump's character, a lot of the things they said about him in 2020 and possibly as early as 2017 etc).  I also agee with some things that Doug Ehmets said about Donald Trump at the 2016 DNC.

I used to like what wealthy fiscal conservative-social moderates liked about Donald Trump, but now I see the negatives in Donald Trump that they now see in him. I also now see the positives in Donald Trump that many Latino voters see in him

I don't like the Right Wing but I strongly dislike the Left Center, Center Left and RINOs more than I dislike Right Wingers.

Constitutional principles is what our country should be about.

My views on the January 6 protest match the views on that issue of the Breaking Point hosts and  Mike Pence

https://web.archive.org/web/20210710204349/https://www.zerohedge.com/political/daryl-cooper-why-trump-supporters-are-pissed-and-dont-trust-anything

It's not the easiest thing for me not to at least somewhat sympathize or compassionately sympathize with the idea that red states should consider suceding from the US and forming their own conservative country since this would end political division in our country. But I am obviously against this idea as I believe we are One America and One People. But I am not very rigid or very bot like on my opposition to sucession. Not that this changes anything but keep in mind Californians wanted to secede from the US various times in the last 50 years as do those people in Seattle with their zone.

bad apples

I am against Microsoft and social media using fact checkers like they do. People are smart enough themselves to decide if something is true or ‘misinformation’ or ‘disinformation’. It is an insult to our intelligence to decide ‘for us’ what is or isn’t ‘true’. Such intrusiveness by Big Tech can have unintended consequences. We cannot allow elitists and bourgeois ‘experts’ run our lives, tell us what to think, do, feel etc. It is 2022, not 1984

I obviously don't support ANTIFA

Maxine Bernstein was wrong to doxx the father who said Let's Go Brandon to Joe Biden. After years of the media trashing Donald Trump, now all of a sudden they get trigged by a father telling Joe Biden  'Let's go Brandon'. Liberal hypocricy at its finest. There is nothing wrong with that father saying Let's go Brandon to Joe Biden.

I am against the Democrats censuring Krysten Sinema. Shame on those fascists for censuring them.

I am against the media using the word misinformation or disinformation to describe select non pandemic related conservative or far left political viewpoints and narratives. Labeling those non pandemic related conservative and or far left political viewpoints and narratives as 'misinformation' or ‘disinformation’ is misleading at best and NEWSPEAK (as George Orwell talked about in 1984) at worst. The libs use those words on non pandemic related issues to smear and delegit opposing views and we must fight against that. If anyone uses ‘misinformation’ or ‘disinformation’ it is the liebral MSM. Those words lose all their meaning in describing non pandemic related issues
